Observation

Razors were obsereved to be in licensed bathroom inside an unlocked cabin, thereore accessible to children. There was also deodorant, shaving cream, and other items that were toxic to children in cabin inside of the restroom that was unlocked and therefore accessible to children. Rugs on floor had lifting, foam mats were also lifted and were a concern for tripping hazard. Kitchen play set in living room was not secured or stable. Cubbies for childrens toys and storage was also not secured and unstable. Outlets in room were not tamper-resistant.
